Iam going to go with 20's rollpan and a 3" front and 4" back drop, hows that ?
Sounds about right...
That is a 2WD Blazer right??? If so,
Front
2" Drop Spindels (Belltech)
1" Drop Springs (Belltech)
Rear
3" Drop Leafs
1" Drop Blocks
a bigger drop block like a 4" is Cheaper than Drop Leafs and easier to install, but more prone to breaking... In 10+ years of this I've never heard of a 3" block breaking, but I've known several people that have had 4 or 5 blocks break...
If its a 4WD you need a Belltech Torsion Bar Drop Kit that Re-Indexesthe torsion bar Keys.. It re-positions them to lower the truck while keeping factory geometry...
If you try the torsion bar tighen or loosen trick, you get about a max of 1.5-2" of Lift or Drop, but you loose
ALL ride quality...
I've had both 2WDs and 4WDs... I only use Belltech now... I've had issues with some Groundforce and DJM part, but never Belltech...
Also, if you are looking at Rollpans, try to get something by Grant Kustom, Bob grant is the God of Sheetmetal fabrication... I eneded up getting one from RAW
(DO NOT) deal with RAW in Florida.... I can show you a post that spans about 5 months plus on getting that rollpan and then making something usable out of it... But thats a whole different story...
You guys on here should come to the S-Series Nationals this Summer.... There'll be 300+ custom trucks and I'd like to meet yas and check out the rides!!!
