That's my feeling on it. The rental isn't really bad for $50 - I mean you _do_ get the deposit back unless you someone manage to break it or lose it.

Plenty of folks on some of the import boards willing to do it for you too (for a small fee). I've seen some results, and they're generally excellent. You _have_ to take your time and use a heat gun or the paint will crack.

Hammer and Dolly kit is like $25 at Harbor Freight... I have done probaby 10-15 cars that way... the right way (other than a fender roller)

If I had another friend that wanted to do roll his fenders I would problably buy it. But since all my friends drive lifted trucks they don't need them done lol. I'll problably try all the ways you guys have done it,but if I fail I will prob buy it and rent it on craigslist!!!! depending on the color of your truck, fenders for our trucks are only like 25 bucks lol. Id just use the baseball bat method and start on the front fenders if you mess up go to a junk yard or hit up craigslist.
