Some sticky tape or a vacuum hose can often pull those back out. If there's a pole vent blowing really hard into the pole vent might pop it back out as well. OR a very tiny pin bent into an L shape plus a drop of glue.Got them from the Sundown Yardsale for a fraction of the price. Got 4 minty ones and two with pushed in dust caps
