Solo's or Perfect's

Which are better, the Kicker 12' Solo-Baric L7 or the Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.l?

I ahve heard both but i can't choose.Both have good SQ and SPL but each has it's pros and cons.The Perfects hit lower and they can keep up with fast beats.And the Solo's will make your lungs gasp and it can keep up.

Can someone help me out?

personally I like the lower end more than thrashing my guts with volume..I want to hear all freq's not just a few that are very loud..besides you can always add another sub later to get a little louder.

Kicker is the way to beat, but you sayed that you herd them so why would you be asking us for our opinion whats yours?

Basically it does come down to just that.... You have heard the subs- your ears are always the deciding factor.

From my experience here is the way to go...

SQ- Infinity Perfect

SPL- Kicker L7

I would highly reccomend a few more hours of serious listening and side by side comparrison though. Try useing several amplifiers of varrying power, different crossover points, and if you are able to- different enclosure sizes and types. (IE- sealed/ported-etc.) Most of all- take the music you like to listen to most and give it the works through both models of subs.- The ones that can reproduce your music best are your winners.
