I have a 01 Chevy Tahoe that has factory amp and had sub tell previous owner took it out. I put my system in there head unit ano and sub, no matter what the sub always works but my speakers don’t always put out sound, if I disconnect the negative battery cable and reconnect it and turn on the Tahoe all the speakers work....please some one help....easy toggle bypass for the factory amp maybe or something

If subs always work but speakers are moody, i usually suspect a shorted speaker channel from the head unit.
