There are many brands and models that people would say are good. It's ultimately up to your listening preference. I had a pair of higher end Polk components (Ican't remember the model # but they retailed at $300) and I was very happy with them. The best that I have heard were Boston Acoustics (about $450 retail). The Bostons can handle whatever you can throw at them power wise. My friend has a pair and runs about 200 rms into each of them. Otherwise check out Alpine, Infinity Kappa, or MB Quart.

Dude the last guy was right its up to you, but i run Boston in my Truck and there the $#!t!!!
