what Hz for a 30 sq” by 14” port

I'm getting a ported box designed by Chris at fisher customs for 2 15w3d2's. JL recommends the box to be 7Cf 30 sq” by 14” port tuned to 28Hz. Chris designed the box pretty much the same but the only difference is that he tuned it to 33Hz. now what Hz would be better or am i really going to be able to tell a difference?

You could try to make the port longer, but there might be other reasons with the box won't extend lower, or even the sub. You'd have to reverse...
