Which subwoofer is this? No model number

I got 2 of these 10 inch bastards from my Father's friend.

He claims that they are pretty good subwoofers from a system. That's it, that was my extremely vague description from where they came from.

They read "Bay audio" on the back and a serial number. I literally can not find this subwoofer anywhere on the internet. Any help?

They look a lot like old Eclipse subs. I don't have any experience with them, so someone else could probably give you a better jumping off point, but here's something to work:

There's a good chance they've got the same parts with a name on them. That happens a lot in the sub woofer world. China and whatnot.

Watching you move the cone in and out has some pretty good stroke. However it doesn't look like the "right" surround for it. In other words, the surround looks too short--not big enough.

It looks like someone put that sub together with avail. parts nearby and made a custom name for it/them. That 12 spoke basket however is pretty popular on brand name types.

I find the magnet on the bottom of the bottom plate interesting. Not sure if it's for more motor force like dd supercharging or if it's for sq with some weird reverse magnet setup.

That's definitely an interesting sub. At first I was tempted to say TC sounds OEM as well, but after watching the entire video I have no clue. How soft does the suspension feel?

I'm not that familiar with woofer terms. By soft suspension do you mean how easy it is to push the cone down? It's I'd say about low-med force.

I was able to get about half an inch of excursion out of it on my sony receiver (lol sry I'm broke)

But yeah everything I get from this guy has such a hacked-out and mysterious story.

Yeah I was also going to come in with Eclipse (TC 7 based) but that back plate is very unique. That's definitely the same style spider that Thilo used and I've bought those cones before from TC hoarders. They were nice but I believe the same foam as the Eclipse which is prone to deteriorate with time and UV light exposure. Terminals also look like the ones that came with the TC9 Orion HCCAs

Really it looks pretty decent. Coil and sewn in tinsels should be good to 1000W pretty safely.
