We are glad you are happy with the way it turned out. It was a pleasure building for you and you are welcome to come over anytime even if it's just to chill out and drink a beer or 2.whats up guys its me dj and i gotta send a thankyou to brandon and charlie because they made my explorer loud as ****! and for they money i spent lol its crazy.
We've used both and determined that there is no real advantage to using a staple vs. a brad. I just can't imagine the folks on this forum that corner clamp, predrill, glue, and countersink. What a waste of time. In the time it takes them to build one box, my crew will have built at least 5 boxes. And you can ask bamaboy or DJ about our boxes if you think they'll just BLOW apart. I pretty much laugh everytime I see a glue and screw. Just my $.02.Finally someone agrees with me Have you tried a narrown crown stapler though? I love mine.

LOL!! I only spent like $140 on my nailer and compressor. I bought the smallest air compressor that Sears sells and it does the job flawlessly. I call it the weiner dog compressor because that is what it looks like.not all of us can afford fancy stapling devices //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
ghetto gglue screw ftw!
How long of brads do you use?Predrilling and screwing is not the way to build a box. We've been using an 18 gauge brad nailer for the past 4 or 5 years.
