New Setup for '01 Acura MDX

I've got a dellema. I have an '01 Acura MDX that has a great place for a navigation system...but it just has the factory screen that gives gas mileage and time. It seems a bit of a waste of space/screen. I was wondering if anyone new anyone who has done anything custom to an MDX that worked out. I would like a screen and some navigation, possibly DVD. Thanks
