I literally just found the same problem I'm Having. Going toward just returning the amp and getting something else.

Gain problems?

Do you have an amp you can borrow from a friend to rule that out? If it’s getting good signal now as you say, all you’re wiring is in order I.e. power & ground and sub wiring, it’s still not working how you think it should I’d try another amp even if it’s underpowered I've been running...

This guy had a crappy LOC, switched it out and still the same issue. Got a replacement amp and still had issues.

If it's a DVC sub, then you may have the coils wired out of phase.

Try plugging the port with a towel and see if output increases.

May I ask why the subsonic is off on the amplifier? That needs to be 2-3hz below the box tuning.

Subsonic should be about 5 or 6 hz. below the box tuning. It sounds like one of three things. LOC, sub wired wrong, or bad amp. Those rp amps don't have the best reputation.
