Hi guys, I bought a sundown audio sd 2 10 2ohm, as it turns out my measly 380 rms pioneer amp can barely move the sub, so I need an affordable amp which can run this sub at its max potential.

That sub would do well on 500-1000w, just make sure to set the gains on the amp correctly. Both of the amps posted above would be fine.

Those amps haven't impressed me, they have to be ran at 0.5ohm to get rated power out of them is what I've read from a few people who have them

Agreed on the Audiotechnix, it seems like the 1200 clamped somewhere upwards of 1500. Gotta love 12v ratings

I have seen between 1100 and 1200 for the 800

The audio technix seems like a great option but since my car is a hatchback and the interior is like pitch black it's white color would stand out like an eyesore :/
