Glassing to the B-pillar:
Yes, the glassing. What we did and I find it to be extremely easy and will keep your build clean is using fleece. We staple gunned the s-h-i-t out of the fleece to the box and then stretched the fleece very tight to the pillar door gasket. Please note that our staples were done inside and then the fleece folder over them. By doing this, you create a fairly hard shell that is easy to lay layers of mat over. Sanding becomes easy as well. What part? Glassing the pillars? I'm all ears for suggestions
10" width and 25 offset like Nate's, but different tires.what size tires and offset? you crank the bars to get them to fit ? idk id imagine you lost some height in the front due to weight and we have square wheel wells lol
If I remember right, my tires are 295's instead of the 305'sI have those rims in 26s but machine face n black backs and I'm lowered 2"... They are 26x10 with 25 offset. I have 305/30/26 tires... More sidewall then 295/30/26. With the rims I'm at 37" ground to fender front and rear. Stock was 39"
GoodHow does it sound?
Weld steel on sides of bumper and flush weld so it make it look a lil nicer10" width and 25 offset like Nate's, but different tires.
Not much extra weight in the front, just cranking the torsions and removing the stock blocks in the back

I'm only doing an inch and a half drop
Good
Put my rollpan on today. Took the old bumper off last night and realized I'd have to move the hitch :/
Notched the bumper for the hitch, but didn't put it back on yet. I'm going to have to drill new holes. It's going to be behind the plate and the plate will be on a hinge.
I think it turned out great
