Extra Battery in trunk.

thats why alot of us who have extra batteries also run High Output alternators to help with charging them and the load we are putting on the alt

If you are running 2000rms or less you dont need to **** with a new alternator. A second battery and the big three is sufficient.

The big three is your battery Pos to Alt Pos, Battery ground to Chassis, Chassis to Engine block. You essentially upgrade these with heavier gauge wire to allow your car to charge easier. To run a second battery in the trunk, most people find a good chassis ground in the back, sand it, and bolt down a piece of 1/0, and then run a section of 1/0 to the front battery Pos terminal. you can then connect your amps to the battery in the back, you wont see dimming unless you over come the battery in the back either //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Be sure to run an AGM glass matt battery as lead acid batts give off dangerous gasses.
