Used but not much. There's some marks where you put the screws in to mount it down but that's normal wear and tear. To be honest I haven't looked at it super close but I would give it a 9.0/10 for cosmetics and 10.0/10.0 for performance.
These amps are known to put out more power than rated and at a lower voltage than tested at.
