my friend loves his., thinking of making his own box (after i draw it up 3.5cf maybe) and running 2k amp to it., needs more than his cab 1600

no man i was supposed to be done months ago lol.. this sub and box maybe last things i ever get to buy that i want.. everything else will be medical bills and paying peeps to cut trees and replacing our 15 yr old appliances..

i know right.... no.. i tried man but my buddy looked at motor and even he said that would be a pain in the a*s to do big 3 on (and he basically did 0ga big 6 on his, 2 batts underhood) i figured out what i'd have to do, 1 problem is easy just ground to alt instead of going over supercharger belt to motor but my terminals are weird and i ran #'s i would get more power at 1 ohm than i thought since after rise sub may actually see 750rms which would be great but it gains 2 db over 2ohm and i'm not competing anyway and i should gain 2-3db as it is with bigger box and fu, well see..

ok i think i gotta decent box design 2.28 cf ad (i subtracted bracing and corner boards as best i could may end up 2.25 or 2.3cf ad but i'm close) 2.75" x13" port (35.75sq in, 15.6sq in per cube) 29.5" long wins calls that 35.5hz, internet port calculator says 35hz (i got that problem earlier figured out) rear port air velocity is at 65 ft per second, should be really good (my 1.5" port has like 85fps now).. just hope he can start on box this weekend..

Ive got a 1250 12” running off a taramps 3k and the other day the coil started buzzing so maybe melted some glue

Got my v1 750's for 130 each ,got 4 of them at a x mas sale.not a single problem after 2+ years. Then got 2 1250's and even happier,just got a 2006 Dakota planning on a blow thru with FU Audio and ampere.
