Who carries the best wire?

I like the Stinger wire. Easy to locate fittings that actually work with the wire. Knu is ok, but hard to crimp fittings on the end. For a few bucks more, i like Stinger. I always used Fosgate wire before, but haven't found a place that sold it by the foot, just in a complete amp kit.

Kicker Hyperflex is the best.

4 guuae flex Vs 4 guage hyperflex

Kicker is bigger and more flexable.

Kicker Hyperflex 1/0 is like a wet noodle. You can almost enjoy swinging it around LOL.

How much does a 5m 50mm2 full copper power cable weight?

And what is the thing with those new series of power cables, that have aluminium in them?

I bought Dietz power cables (Germany) very good and known brand in Europe, and they look like they are full copper, but i want to check out the weight..

This 5m cables (50mm2) weight 1.6 KG, i dont know how much that is in LBS sorry //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

ever tie a knot in the end? Would be a badass weapon to knock someone out with (if you ever got ambushed mid-install)

reason for copper clad aluminum is price. aluminum is cheaper then copper by far and im pretty sure coating it in copper doesn't do much but ultimately its made simply for the price break, Copper clad doesnt conduct as well as OFC copper

Hyperflex is bigger than Knu plain and simple, I dont care what they say their strand count is..

Not true, you need to look at how the Hyperflex is twisted differently. That is what gives the perseption that it is larger. Kicker uses that weird rope twist to the wire, which gives it a larger girth.
