So, a week ago, I paid a guy to design me a box & send me the dimensions, etc. He blocks me. I'm over it, at this point.

Now, I have found the same design that he was going to use, which is here. It's for 2 DDX 15's, going in the back of an 09 Tahoe. The box that they're in now, is TOO small. Big 3 has been done, and has a battery in front of the box for power.

I can see where it tells you the dimensions, etc...however, my problem is: I cannot visualize it. I'm absolutely new at this.
Is there ANYONE out there that would take the time out of their day to input those values into SOMETHING (idk where/what/how - i've tried subbox.pro & i'm just lost) that will generate a 3d blueprint, so I can actually visualize what goes where & how to build it?

Decent .75” thick birch Plywood is around $80-$100 for per 4x8 sheet and unless you know someone with a really nice saw… The only real advantage in using the ply, in my opinion, is weight. If you have the money and don’t mind working with plywood versus MDF for sub enclosures, fine. Personally, the thing is going to be damn heavy either way. I have found that Gp (https://gpcaraudio.com/) is the way to go if they have the right size and for this, they do. For $290, single baffle, $325, double baffle or $360.00 for the box with a Double thick baffle and 3rd .75” flush baffle. Gp glue and screw MDF flat pack dual 15” specific to your Skar woofers in an 8 cubic ft box, tuned to 33Hz (3db down from what SKAR recommends which for two of these is 7-8 cubic ft. tuned to 36hz). I mean, that’s about close to what the amount of .75” birch plywood is going to cost anyway. There is a 7cubic version that is $20.00 less too, either way, a no brainer in my book. No tax and no shipping, woo hoo!
Still not convinced?

You can order the box glue and screw kit with .75" 13 layer Ply Birch + Double Baffle + Flush Baffle (Baffle will be 2.25" thick) all for $580 in QUALITY birch ply that you will be hard-pressed to find for even $600 for the 6 sheets you are talking about getting. The glue and screw pack is shipped at no charge and no tax. The same box in MDF with the same type of triple baffle 2.25" is $360. Fantastic results for sound and style, with either wood! You screw, you glue, CNC cut for the woofers you state, No cutting, No measuring, NO BRAINER!!!

There, I feel better.

I had two of the Xtreme 12's and they were dual 4ohm. They read at like 3.5ohm per voice coil which is common.
