sub sonic frequency question.

There's nothing wrong w/ using a sub sonic filter w/ a sealed enclosure, I've got mine set @ 28 Hz. Most music won't have much (if any) information below that point anyway. Even if there was, it wouldn't be audible to most (aside from the resonances produced from shaking apart your vehicle). Using the SSF will also shrink the bandwidth of frequencies the sub has to produce- making it more efficient.

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
