sunroof not working, is it hard to tear ceiling down and put back up??

I have a toyota highlander and the sunroof stopped working, the track teeth broke which jammed up the movement. I can get the parts for 250 and installed for 250 so 500 for the job or I can do it myself and save 250.00. How difficult is it to remove ceiling and put back together?
