Battery advice

So I took my car back up to the shop that I had touch up my install to see about a new battery to replace the one that got smoked. He offered to get me one at his cost ($195) for a 45ah, not sure the brand. I asked him if that would be big enough and he asked about my voltage and whatnot then said it'd be fine. 45ah seems small to me, what do you guys think?

320a alternator with big 3
My voltage with the key on is around 14.8v
50ah agm under the hood
Rf power t400-4
Taramps smart 3k wired at 1ohm on 2 sql-15
Power and grounds are 1/0 copper

I never have the stereo on without the car running.

I have a 70ah up front and a 20ah in the cab on my 2500 at 1ohm with a 110 a alt

I know the rf is an ab so it's gonna eat some amps up
