I'm getting a custom built Birch wood box. I dont see how a ported box could possibly have better SQ than a ported box

Anyways What do you think is best price to performance/ bang for buck ratio out of these three

So yes it can sound better. It's easier to have more output than you need and take away.

Do you really want sound quality? It's way more than just sounding good. With real SQ the bass is just a filler. Accurate, balanced, up front. It's all in the tuning.

Theres a difference between hackjob ported and premade garbage ported and an actual sound quality tuned and properly engineered for your car's acoustics and your subwoofers mechanical parameters. Id suggest you find someone that actually is knowledgable on enclosure designs rather than just a "builder"

Top notch SQ sounding systems run advanced enclosure. Sealed is when you are lazy, have no idea how to design a proper box and have no room.

Since you have a jeep, your cabin gain will work against you and youll have a peaky response with sealed in the upper 40s and 50s. The vehicle peak frequency will be high as well. Need a proper box tune to compensate for that

Alright so how do the Lethal Injection 15 Incriminator Audio 15 and the SSA GCON 15 compare in terms of SQ, SPL etc. The GCON is also 40 dollars less

Both sound great. The LI has one advantage in that you can tweak it for your install needs though a few upgrade options. Both work well sealed, the Gcon is nice in standard to larger sealed on that power.

$100 off those MSRPs is not a deal. There is a huge markup on RF and Kicker. Stay away, far away.

Either of those linked will destroy them in every aspect.

The ID Max is a great choice but more expensive. Cant go wrong with any of those subs IMO. With a Jeep and 750 rms on tap Id highly recommend ported. You have the room and ported could double your output and if tuned properly sound just as good.

If u have a 750watt amp I'd look at the sundown E woofer. Great deal...if your feeling frisky Over on Caco,Sundown is having a yardsale and they have SA 15s for $130each. Most of them just have some rust on motor so they are selling them cheap. That's always an idea of you want a great deal.
